Instructions: Cut a V-shaped wedge lengthwise in a firm banana. Place the banana on aluminum foil. Fill the hole with chocolate chips and miniature marshmallows. Replace the cut out wedge. The banana boat is done when the banana is slightly soft and the marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted. Eat directly out of the foil. (don't eat the banana peeling).
