Chicken Breast Cooking Tips - Views: 823

Keep frozen chicken breasts on hand to give weight to a quick pasta meal. They are easy to defrost in the microwave. Take care to barely thaw the breasts; if they are allowed to cook in the microwave, the fast change of temperature will toughen the meat. To ensure the breasts will stay tender, cut them into strips while they are still lightly frozen.
